The Cangzhou Section Phase II of the Handan-Huanghua Port Expressway passes through Yanshan County and Haixing County, with a total length of approximately 45.736 kilometers. It is a key corridor connecting the hinterland of central and southern Hebei with Huanghua Port.

At present, the project is in full swing along its entire line, with more than 2,000 construction workers and over 400 sets of various large-scale machinery and equipment deployed cumulatively. All work faces are under simultaneous construction, with round-the-clock, uninterrupted efforts, fully setting off a "100-day intensive work" labor competition boom. As of now, the project has completed a cumulative investment of 3.08 billion yuan, accounting for 43.5% of the total investment, of which the completion rate of the bridge pile foundation sub-item has reached 80%, and the pile foundation construction task is expected to be fully completed before the end of June this year.
