It was founded in 2019 and began production and operations in Nanjing in 2023. As the first enterprise in China to achieve mass production with this technology, Jiangsu Damaoniu, relying on production equipment and processes with fully independent intellectual property rights, has broken the international technology monopoly and holds a leading position in the industry. In just a few years, the company has grown rapidly and has successively invested in and built plants in Nanjing, Leizhou in Zhanjiang, andWuxi Yixing.

The total investment of the Wuxi Damaoniu New Materials project reaches1 billion yuan. It is not only the intelligent manufacturing core base for the Damaoniu brand to deepen its presence in the Yangtze River Delta region and expand into the high-end new materials sector, but also alandmark projectfor Yixing to strengthen and extend its industrial chain and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.

Since the groundbreaking in October last year, under the full-process support of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and the Party Committee and Government of Xushe Town, the preliminary procedures have been completed efficiently and construction has been implemented quickly.

At present,Phase I of the project hasfully started construction, with pile foundations for the main plant, the foundation of the office building, and supporting infrastructure advancing simultaneously. The construction team has arranged the schedule scientifically, refined milestones, and tightened responsibilities to fully accelerate construction."All main construction of Phase I of the plant area will be basically completed before New Year's Day 2027, and we will strive to complete acceptance and put Phase I into use in the first quarter."Zheng Kangfen, Executive Deputy General Manager of Wuxi Damaoniu, said that Phase I of the project will build multiplemodern intelligent production workshops, install supercritical physical foaming production lines, and establish afull-process digital control system, creating an industry-leading benchmark base for green intelligent manufacturing. After the entire project reaches full production, it will have an annual production capacity of31 million piecesof ultra-low-density elastic boards and35.7 millionpairs of high-rebound sports shoe midsoles, with annual output value exceeding1 billion yuan, directly creating hundreds of high-quality jobs and driving the coordinated development of upstream and downstream supporting industries.
