At the construction site, tower cranes stand in clusters, machinery roars, and vehicles shuttle back and forth. The project involves a total investment of over 1.7 billion yuan, a land area of about 134 mu, and a total floor area of about 315,000 square meters, with plans to build housing, a kindergarten, and public supporting service buildings.

At present, the project is in the intensive pile foundation construction stage: the gravel pile work has been fully completed, the square pile work has reached 80% progress, and the cast-in-place pile work is steadily advancing. According to plan, the project will enter the main structure construction stage in the third quarter, and some buildings are expected to top out in the fourth quarter.
