Recently, the second regular meeting on construction market management in Liuzhou City for 2026 and the regular meeting on construction safety production were held in the lecture hall on the 3rd floor of Tower B, Qiyuan Plaza. Wei Rongjun, Party Leadership Group Member and Deputy Director of the Liuzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, attended and delivered a speech, putting forward clear requirements and important opinions on key work such as current construction safety production and high-quality development of the construction industry.

The Municipal Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Management Center reported on recent construction safety production conditions, and relevant departments of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau conveyed relevant documents and meeting spirits from the autonomous region and Liuzhou City. Wei Rongjun emphasized that the responsibility for safety production is heavier than Mount Tai, and that the lessons of the"4.19"accident must be deeply learned, the string of safety production must remain taut, efforts must focus on preventing falls from heights and collapse accidents, and safety production responsibilities must be effectively implemented.

The meeting required that the city's housing and urban-rural development system closely focus on high-quality development, strengthen guidance for projects under its jurisdiction, and in particular, for out-of-region construction enterprises, urge and guide them to be included in statistics in accordance with laws and regulations. At the same time, all counties and districts should intensify the promotion of the "Construction Assistance Loan" financing support policy and effectively leverage the role of construction assistance loans in supporting enterprise development.

The meeting also deployed work on the special governance of illegal and non-compliant issues in fire protection review and acceptance of construction projects, normalized construction waste management, dust control at construction sites, continued advancement of construction market supervision and management, and safety production during the "May Day" holiday and flood season.

The meeting was attended by heads of relevant business departments of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, heads of the Municipal Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Management Center, principal leaders of housing and urban-rural development authorities and construction engineering quality and safety supervision stations in all counties, districts, and new areas,and some deputy heads in charge of municipal group companies, as well as deputy heads in charge of construction and supervision units and project heads of all under-construction projects in the city.
