During the May Day holiday, the Jinbei photovoltaic project site was bustling with activity and in the thick of intense construction. All builders stayed at the construction front line, interpreting responsibility and commitment through practical action, seizing the golden spring construction period, and making every effort to advance the cast-in-place pile construction for support foundations, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the project's overall contract performance.

The Jinbei photovoltaic project is one of the key base projects in the national "dual carbon" strategic layout and also a demonstration project of Shanxi Province's "Five Major Bases," carrying the important mission of regional energy structure optimization and green, low-carbon development. The project has a DC-side capacity of 354 MWp, with a massive scale and high construction organization difficulty. The main construction content covers: civil works including approximately 180,000 cast-in-place piles for photovoltaic support foundations, 87 box transformer foundations, fence foundations, and maintenance roads, as well as installation works including photovoltaic supports, photovoltaic modules (approximately 509,000 units, each with a power of 715 Wp), inverters, combiner boxes, box transformers, cable laying, and grounding systems. Among these, the cast-in-place pile construction for support foundations is the top priority of current schedule control, directly affecting the pace of subsequent support and module installation and the overall contract performance target.

As of now, the project has completed a cumulative 70,000 pile foundation pours, accounting for 39% of the total workload, with progress steadily meeting expectations. The project department has fully leveraged its overall coordination and control functions, scientifically allocated manpower, machinery, and material resources, continuously optimized construction plans, strictly implemented safety, quality, and environmental protection responsibilities, provided forward command and precise measures, and strictly controlled every process. All participating personnel are anchored to the core goal of completing all 180,000 pile foundation constructions by the end of June, racing against time and pressing ahead with great vigor, building a solid foundation for project contract performance through a pragmatic and efficient work style.

Next, the project department will continue to focus on key tasks and strengthen overall coordination and advancement: on the one hand, it will continue to tackle the remaining pile foundation construction, strictly control quality and safety, and ensure the completion of all cast-in-place pile pours on schedule; on the other hand, it will simultaneously launch preparations for support procurement and installation, plan ahead and align precisely, ensure seamless connection between pile foundation construction and support installation processes, promote the project's smooth transition from the civil construction stage to the installation stage, and guarantee orderly progress and high-quality contract performance of the overall construction.
