As a key livelihood project in Bobai County, the Pubei-Qingzhou Expressway Nalin Interchange Project has attracted widespread public attention since construction began.

During the May Day holiday, at the project's earthwork and stonework site, excavators operated efficiently, engineering vehicles shuttled back and forth, the roar of machinery was incessant, and the builders were full of energy and drive, with the construction site everywhere presenting a busy scene of vigorous and rapid work.

According to the person in charge of the construction unit, at the very start of the project a scientific plan for advancing the critical work was formulated, building materials were stockpiled in advance and construction equipment fully allocated, more than 20 large machines were put into simultaneous operation on site, and dedicated personnel were assigned to be responsible for safety inspections and logistics support, ensuring that neither schedule nor quality and safety were compromised.

According to Zhu Mingyang, assistant to the manager and safety director of the Pubei-Qingzhou Project Department of the Second Company of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., as of now all subgrade, bridge, and culvert works of the project's civil engineering have started, and the subgrade earthwork and stonework has completed 23% of the total project volume. Bridge pile foundations officially began construction on April 27.

As one of the county's top ten livelihood projects for 2026, the Nalin Interchange Project involves a total investment of 270 million yuan, with the main line and ramps totaling about 2.25 kilometers in length, connecting to National Highway 359, and includes the construction of a "three-in, four-out" ramp toll station. Once completed, the project will effectively break through the transportation bottlenecks of Nalin, Jiangning, Yong'an and other towns in Bobai County, benefiting nearly 190,000 people, and open up a convenient channel for the outward transport of local agricultural products and the transfer and relocation of industries.
