The "Tianfu Granary" Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Base (Science and Innovation Park Project), invested and constructed by the Sichuan Provincial Supply and Marketing Agricultural Materials Group, is positioned as a provincial-level agricultural service center, with a planned total scale of approximately 36,500 square meters. At present, earthwork excavation for the project has advanced over a large area to the foundation pile construction elevation, sprinting at full speed toward the goal of topping out the main structure by the end of this year.

After completion, the project will integrate functions such as intelligent agricultural machinery R&D, technical application of fertilizers and seed coating agents, agricultural technology training and promotion, scheduling of agricultural resources, and intelligent agricultural management as well as exhibition and sales, and will also undertake the task of incubating small, medium and micro agricultural enterprises. This is a key move by the Provincial Supply and Marketing Agricultural Materials Group to implement the "Tianfu Granary" strategy, build a strong full industrial chain of agricultural materials and agricultural services spanning "science—industry—trade—service," and comprehensively transform into a modern agricultural comprehensive service provider of "agricultural materials + agricultural machinery + agricultural services."

In order to do a good job in incubating small, medium and micro agricultural enterprises, the project has defined a three-stage roadmap of "incubation + cultivation + empowerment": within 6 months after completion, the renovation of the incubation area will be completed, with plans to attract the first batch of 10 related small, medium and micro enterprises and entrepreneurial teams to settle in; then it will enter the full-cycle empowerment stage, providing full-chain services in policy, technology, funding and market; and it will strive to cultivate 3 to 5 leading enterprises in segmented fields within 5 years, nurturing "new seedlings" for the modernization of agriculture in Sichuan.

From a single foundation pit to the future provincial-level highland for agricultural services, Chenghua District is currently accelerating the early completion, early operation and early realization of results of the "Tianfu Granary" Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Base (Science and Innovation Park Project), laying a solid support for building a higher-level "Tianfu Granary" in the new era.
