Up to now, 752.29 mu of land within the project red line has been acquired, accounting for 26.4%; house demolition agreements have been signed with 114 households, accounting for 25.8%; 329 graves have been relocated, accounting for 64.9%; and 1,269 mu of temporary land has been acquired. Relocation and modification of utility poles and pipelines and other supporting elements are being advanced in parallel, laying a solid foundation for full-scale construction.

Land acquisition and demolition are efficiently clearing the way, and construction is being comprehensively accelerated. Facing challenges such as a high bridge-to-tunnel ratio and complex geology, the construction team has scientifically allocated manpower, machinery, and materials to fully advance key processes including tunnel excavation, bridge pile foundation pouring, and construction access road building. In 2026, the project plans to complete an investment of 4.017 billion yuan. To date, 13 tunnels have been excavated, with the main tunnel advancing 616 meters and the cross passage and inclined shaft advancing 1,844 meters; 120 pile foundations have been poured; 7,053 meters of construction access roads have been excavated; and 11 mixing plants and steel reinforcement processing yards have been built. The construction momentum continues to improve.

The relocation and modification of communications and power facilities are being accelerated. Yangping Mining is stably supplying 120 to 150 truckloads of sand and gravel building materials per day, with strict quality control, providing solid material support for full-speed construction.

Next, Maoxian County will tighten and consolidate responsibilities, closely monitor key links such as land acquisition and demolition, relocation and modification, and local material supply, optimize service guarantees, strengthen overall coordination, and earnestly and compassionately resolve the practical difficulties of the people. It will make every effort to promote the early completion and opening of the project to traffic, injecting strong transportation momentum into rural revitalization and county-level development.
