Recently, Sunward's self-developed crawler-type pile frame SWCH590-125M was officially delivered to the Taiwan region to participate in the construction of a key project of the Taipei MRT system. This is the first time this series of pile frames has entered the Taiwan market, marking renewed recognition of Sunward's technical strength in the field of equipment for complex geological construction.

This construction task covers a section of the Taipei MRT system and requires bored holes with a diameter of 1 meter and a depth of 28 meters. In the face of Taiwan's complex and variable geological conditions, especially the construction difficulties caused by alternating soft and hard strata, Sunward's crawler-type pile frame adopts the continuous flight auger method, demonstrating excellent adaptability and operating efficiency.

The equipment features outstanding characteristics such as high performance, high configuration, high safety, intelligent operation, and complete-system integration. To meet the construction needs of different pile types, geology, and environments, the equipment can flexibly be equipped with various working devices such as continuous flight augers, hydraulic hammers/down-the-hole hammers, and single-axis/multi-axis mixing drilling rigs, achieving multiple functions in one machine and significantly enhancing construction flexibility.

In terms of intelligence, the equipment is equipped with a self-developed intelligent electronic control system. The system can automatically complete the drilling process according to set parameters, and the rotary speed of the power head is adjusted in real time according to changes in drill rod load, intelligently matching strata of different hardness. Specifically, when constructing in softer strata, the power head can operate at full speed to complete drilling in soft strata as quickly as possible; when constructing in harder strata, the system automatically reduces the drilling speed according to the load and, combined with the overload capacity of the power head, efficiently completes operations in hard strata. This intelligent control strategy not only ensures construction efficiency but also effectively reduces equipment wear.
