On April 10 local time, at the Putzmeister ("Putzmeister") factory in Aichtal, Germany, SANY Heavy Hoisting and Putzmeister officially signed a local manufacturing cooperation agreement. Xie Tao, Chairman of SANY Heavy Hoisting, and Qu Xiaofei, Deputy CEO of Putzmeister, attended and witnessed the signing. This marks a key step for SANY Heavy Hoisting in deeply integrating into the European market and fulfilling its localization commitment.

At the ceremony, Liu Biao, General Manager of SANY Heavy Hoisting's Overseas Marketing Company, and Carsten von der Geest, Chief Commercial Officer of Putzmeister Holding, jointly signed the agreement to advance the localized production of multiple all-terrain crane models in Europe.

The two parties will integrate local European manufacturing resources and supply chain advantages to upgrade Putzmeister's existing crane assembly line in Aichtal. The factory covers an area of 147,215 square meters, with a building area of 60,357 square meters. Localized production will officially commence in May this year, initially using the SKD format for complete machine assembly and commissioning, focusing primarily on all-terrain crane models such as the SAC600E, SAC700E, and SAC1200E for sale in the European market. In the long term, SANY Heavy Hoisting also plans to build a new crane factory in Europe with a planned annual capacity of 200 units, at which point its localized supply capability will reach a new level.

On the same day, SANY Heavy Hoisting signed a sales contract with its Italian dealer Verdelli for the first locally manufactured SAC700E. The order was locked in before the equipment even entered production, demonstrating European customers' full confidence in SANY's product quality and localization strategy.
