On January 4, under the full escort of a Nantong Maritime Safety Administration patrol boat and a high-horsepower tugboat, the world's tallest pile-driving vessel, the "Tiejian Daqiao Zhuang 1," was successfully launched and safely berthed at the Nantong base of Jiangsu Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The successful launch of this vessel not only marks a new height in Nantong's marine engineering equipment manufacturing capability, but also boosts industry confidence and injects strong momentum into the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, demonstrating the leading position of "Nantong Manufacturing" in the global high-end equipment sector.

The "Tiejian Daqiao Zhuang 1" has a total length of 130 meters, a pile frame height of 156 meters, and an operating water depth exceeding 70 meters. It can drive piles up to 7 meters in diameter and weighing 700 tons, making it the pile-driving vessel with the highest pile frame, the largest pile-lifting capacity, and the deepest operating water depth in the world today. The vessel is also China's first advanced pile-driving equipment combining a dynamic positioning system with three world-class performance indicators, integrating leading technology, green environmental protection, and intelligent precision. It meets the pile-driving operation requirements of international offshore, coastal, sheltered waters, and inland river Class A areas, and has unlimited navigation area deployment capability. In the future, it will be widely used in major engineering projects such as bridges and offshore wind power.
