On the 1st, the Phase I project of the Pingtan Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park officially began full-scale construction, kicking off the start of industrial project construction in Pingtan for the new year. The project focuses on the core industry of bonded intelligent manufacturing, supported by producer services, to create a comprehensive industrial park with complete functions and efficient collaboration, which will inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of Pingtan's emerging industries.

At the construction site, two static pile drivers stand tall and operate in an orderly manner, with their massive pile hammers rising and falling with precision; excavators shuttle back and forth across the open site, and batches of 12-meter-long foundation piles are neatly stacked, presenting a bustling scene of intense activity.

Due to the complex site conditions and compact planned layout of the project, the early-stage work faced many challenges. To ensure the smooth start of construction, the construction team and the project owner established a dedicated task force, conducted multiple on-site surveys, and repeatedly optimized the construction plan. At the same time, they actively coordinated with relevant district-level departments to ensure that the preliminary work proceeded in a compliant and efficient manner.

The trial pile construction and the corresponding static load tests have been successfully completed, and the project has now officially entered the pile foundation construction stage.

To seize the construction schedule, the construction team will adopt a construction mode of zoned sequential work and interleaved operations to improve overall construction efficiency, and will strive to complete the pile foundation construction task before the Spring Festival.

The Phase I project of the Pingtan Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is located on the plot north of Xingye Road and west of Luyuan North Road, with a total land area of about 50 mu. The project plans to build 10 standardized factory buildings and 1 comprehensive supporting building integrating offices, living services, and other functions, with a total construction area of about 46,000 square meters, which will provide ample development space for tenant enterprises. In terms of industrial positioning, the project focuses on emerging industries such as equipment manufacturing, electronic information, pharmaceutical and health, and specialty food processing, and plans to attract a number of high-quality enterprises to settle in. Through the platform aggregation effect of the industrial park, it will effectively promote the clustered development of Pingtan's emerging industries.
