On December 25, the transportation system of Qinghai Province closely followed the deployment requirements of the 10th Plenary Session of the 14th Provincial Party Committee, planned next year's opening work in advance, accelerated the preliminary preparation of projects, consolidated the foundation for commencement of construction, focused on shoring up shortcomings, strengthening weaknesses, and consolidating advantages, and continued to promote the quality improvement and upgrading of transportation infrastructure, helping Qinghai better serve and integrate into the overall national development situation.

The 10th Plenary Session of the 14th Provincial Party Committee provided an action guide for the high-quality development of the province's transportation sector.

The Provincial Department of Transportation has consistently carried the spirit of the plenary session through the entire stage of the year-end task sprint, focused on core tasks such as the growth of transportation fixed asset investment and the quality improvement of comprehensive transportation services, and pushed for the implementation and effectiveness of all targets. It has proactively coordinated with and followed up on national-level assessment tasks such as rural revitalization, safe development, and Quality Qinghai, concentrated the specific achievements of the year's transportation work into the comprehensive attainment and effectiveness of all assessment indicators, tackled difficult points and bottlenecks, and demonstrated transportation responsibility through solid performance.

At the same time, it fully recognizes the new situation and new tasks of current transportation development, strengthens the sense of urgency and responsibility, and, with the drive of "sprinting at the start and striving to lead from the first step," accelerates the preliminary preparation of projects and consolidates the foundation for commencement of construction. Based on the plenary session's long-term development deployment, it keeps in mind the "top priorities of the country," closely follows Qinghai's locational characteristics and development positioning, and systematically plans the transportation development blueprint for the 15th Five-Year Plan period. It adheres to scientific layout, forward-looking planning, and systematic advancement, focuses on core directions such as infrastructure connectivity, optimization and upgrading of the road network structure, coordinated and efficient hub systems, and innovation-enabled smart transportation, and promotes the deep integration of transportation planning with the national strategy and the province's overall development situation. It strengthens ministry-province coordination and linkage, seizes the window of strategic opportunity, and makes every effort to secure the inclusion of Qinghai's key transportation projects in the national planning framework, ensuring that the plan both reflects Qinghai's characteristics and is scientific, forward-looking, and operable.
