The Beijing Engineering Construction Quality Management Level Improvement Experience Exchange Conference, jointly hosted by the Beijing Construction Industry Association and the Beijing Engineering Construction Quality Management Association, was held from December 23 to 24.

At the conference, Feng Yi, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Beijing Construction Industry Association, and Ding Haojie, Director of the Engineering Quality Management Division of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, delivered speeches respectively.

In the keynote speech session, Kong Heng, Chief Expert of the China Association of Construction Enterprise Management, gave a presentation titled "Strengthening Quality Management to Build Premium Projects," in which he provided a detailed interpretation of the key points of the selection criteria for national quality awards and, proceeding from engineering practice, offered innovative ideas and practical methods for enterprises to create premium projects.

Yan Gangwen, Deputy Chief Engineer of Beijing Urban Construction Group; Zhang Liping, Deputy Chief Engineer of China Railway Construction Group Beijing Engineering Co., Ltd.; Liu Ailing, Quality Director of Beijing Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd.; and Li Feng, Special Assignee of the North China Branch of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd., each delivered thematic presentations focusing closely on technical difficulties in engineering quality and valuable experience that can be implemented.
