As a core livelihood project in the development and construction of Hengli Island Point, the 54-class nine-year consistent school project is located east of Sanduo Chong, Hengli Island Point, Nansha District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, bordering Sanduo Road to the north, Jingqi Road to the east, Dayuan Road to the south, and Jiunan Road to the west. The project has a total construction area of 83,000 square meters, mainly including six buildings such as teaching buildings, student and staff dormitories, grandstand canopies, and gatehouses, as well as supporting facilities including a standard 400-meter running track athletic field and standard basketball courts. Among them, the project has a total of 2,858 pipe piles, with the longest pile reaching 35 meters. Pipe pile construction is characterized by complex geological conditions and great difficulty in controlling pile foundation stability.

To advance the project construction safely and efficiently, the project department adhered to the concept of "technological innovation and management efficiency improvement" and held multiple special construction seminars. Facing complex geological challenges such as the deep silt layer at Hengli Island Point (up to 20 meters thick) and soft soil with high water content (water content exceeding 60%), the technical team, drawing on the successful experience of the Nansha Experimental Primary School of the Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences (48-class primary school project) in the same area, adopted the "two mixing and two spraying" process for triaxial mixing piles, introduced BIM technology for 3D modeling, simulated pile foundation construction paths in advance, and optimized pile layout, achieving a 100% pile qualification rate. At the same time, tailored construction plans and data tables were developed according to the characteristics of different pile types and differences among work areas. By optimizing resource allocation and reasonably deploying machinery and equipment, steady progress in pipe pile construction was ensured. As of now, the prestressed concrete pipe pile construction of the project has entered the final sprint stage and is about to enter the main structure phase.
As a core project among the first batch of educational facilities at Hengli Island Point, upon completion the project will join with the already delivered Nansha Experimental Primary School of the Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences (48-class primary school) to form a synergy in educational supporting facilities, providing more than 2,000 high-quality school places, meeting the compulsory education needs of school-age students in the area, and further improving the public service facilities system at Hengli Island Point.
