Recently, PowerChina Guiyang Engineering Corporation's subsidiary PowerChina Lvzhou Company successfully won the bid for the SHEIN warehouse design consulting project in Saudi Arabia's SILZ park and the design consulting project for the Saudi Xinyi Glass factory, achieving new breakthroughs in the field of new energy and high-end facility design services in the Middle East market, further demonstrating the company's comprehensive strength and brand influence in the field of international engineering consulting and design.

The Saudi SILZ park SHEIN warehouse project is located in the Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ) in the King Khalid International Airport area of Riyadh, with a total investment of approximately SAR 250 million. It is an important supporting project for the local effort to build a modern logistics hub and cross-border e-commerce distribution center serving the Middle East and the world. PowerChina Guiyang Engineering Corporation is undertaking full-process, specialized technical consulting and design services for the project, with work scope covering building and structural design compliant with local standards, integrated design of park landscaping and rooftop photovoltaics, as well as specialized design for fire protection, environmental impact assessment, green buildings and sustainable development, and full-process approval submission and compliance consulting services. After completion, the project is expected to create approximately 2,000 jobs and drive the accelerated clustering and upgrading of the local logistics industry chain and related service industries.

The Saudi Xinyi Glass factory project is located in Dammam Third Industrial City, with plans to build two float glass production lines and their supporting public utility facilities, along with a rooftop photovoltaic power station. This project is an important initiative for Saudi Arabia to promote the development of high-end manufacturing and improve the local glass and photovoltaic industry chains. PowerChina Guiyang Engineering Corporation is undertaking the overall design, technical review and related approval work for the factory and supporting facilities, with work content including systematically coordinating the general layout of the plant area, the configuration of public utility systems and in-plant traffic organization based on the process requirements of the production lines and the overall planning requirements of the industrial park. At the same time, it is carrying out the design of the rooftop photovoltaic power station, striving to achieve the organic integration of clean energy utilization and high-end manufacturing development, and helping the project build a green and low-carbon demonstration factory.
