Recently, at the construction site of a large sand and gravel aggregate mine in the southwestern region, Shantui SE600HB and SE750HB excavators equipped with hydraulic breakers successfully completed limestone crushing operations, providing strong equipment support for the stable supply of the local building materials industry.

The mine is located in a district of Chongqing, with a mining area of more than 0.5 square kilometers, resource reserves of over 50 million tons, and a designed annual output scale of more than 2.7 million tons. It is a key aggregate supply project in the region. The long-term operation of the project places extremely high demands on equipment reliability and operational efficiency. This construction mainly relied on a Shantui SE750HB paired with a Tianke 235 breaker and an SE600HB paired with a Deko 205 breaker for primary crushing operations. The crushed stone is directly transferred to the aggregate processing stage, ensuring the overall production progress of the project.

During the operation, the customer had stringent requirements for the crushing efficiency and stability of the equipment. In response to the high-temperature environment and high-frequency crushing demands in the Chongqing area, the manufacturer's technical team promptly carried out customized adjustments: on the one hand, the crushing frequency was increased from the conventional 105 b.p.m to 125 b.p.m, effectively enhancing crushing efficiency; on the other hand, by optimizing the cooling system and adjusting the electronic control program, the hydraulic oil temperature was further reduced, enabling the equipment to maintain stable operation even in high-temperature environments.

The equipment's on-site performance was highly recognized by both the operators and the customer. The operators stated that the Shantui excavators have ample crushing force and comfortable operation, and that the seat suspension and air-conditioning configuration make long working hours more relaxed. The customer believes that the equipment not only delivers strong impact force and high frequency with remarkable crushing results, but also keeps the hydraulic oil temperature stably within a reasonable range, ensuring the continuity and safety of operations.

The stable performance of the equipment not only ensured the smooth achievement of the mine's phased construction goals, but also provided a strong reference for the customer's future equipment selection. It is reported that the customer plans to continue purchasing multiple Shantui excavators in the future and actively recommend them to peers, fully demonstrating Shantui's reputation and competitiveness in the field of mining crushing operations.
