On November 4, 2025, LGMG Machinery Brazil Ltda., a subsidiary of LGMG, held a grand opening ceremony in Indaiatuba, São Paulo State, Brazil. The launch of this initiative means that LGMG's globalization strategy has completed a deepened layout in the South American market and has become an important milestone in advancing that strategy. Mr. Zhi Kaiyin, Chief Strategy Officer of LGMG, led a delegation to attend and witnessed this important moment together with 150 Brazilian customers, with an exceptionally enthusiastic atmosphere on site.

As Brazil's economic center, São Paulo has a developed industrial base and a convenient transportation network, providing unique conditions for the subsidiary's business development. The subsidiary's business scope is broad and precisely focused, fully covering LGMG's core product lines and specializing in providing complete equipment solutions for the mining and aerial work sectors.

To ensure timely and efficient service for customers, the subsidiary has established a localized parts warehouse. This warehouse will store a large number of commonly used parts, building an efficient service network. Through this network, the subsidiary can respond quickly to customer needs, greatly shortening parts supply times and enhancing the customer service experience.

The customers attending the opening ceremony came from different industries across Brazil, including representatives of large mining companies and heads of construction enterprises. A customer representative from a well-known Brazilian mining company said on site: "We have long hoped that LGMG would establish a subsidiary in Brazil, so that equipment procurement and after-sales service will be more convenient for us. LGMG's mining equipment has performed excellently at our mines, and we believe the establishment of the subsidiary will bring us a better cooperation experience."

Mr. Zhi Kaiyin, Chief Strategy Officer of LGMG, delivered an important speech at the opening ceremony. He first extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the customers present. Mr. Zhi Kaiyin pointed out that today's opening ceremony is like a seed that LGMG has sown in Brazil—it needs sunshine and rain, and even more, it needs us to water it together. This vivid metaphor profoundly conveys LGMG's philosophy of long-term investment in the Brazilian market. He emphasized that LGMG is committed to growing together with the Brazilian market and customers to achieve win-win results. Through the implementation of these long-term commitments, LGMG will further deepen its cooperative relationships with Brazilian customers and contribute to Brazil's economic development.

The establishment of the Brazilian subsidiary has multiple strategic values for LGMG. On the one hand, it provides a solid platform for LGMG to serve local Brazilian customers. Through localized operations, LGMG can more accurately understand customer needs and provide customized solutions. On the other hand, the establishment of the subsidiary brings confidence to Brazilian customers. In terms of product supply stability, the establishment of a localized parts warehouse can ensure the timely supply of products and parts; in terms of after-sales service timeliness, the efficient service network will quickly respond to customers' repair needs; and the improved professionalism of technical support also gives customers greater peace of mind when using the equipment. All of this gives customers greater assurance in their cooperation with LGMG.

At the same time, leveraging Brazil's geographical advantages, LGMG is expected in the future to reach surrounding South American markets. As an important country in South America, Brazil has an advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation, making it easy for LGMG to expand its products and services to other South American countries and laying a solid foundation for further expanding its South American business.
