Recently, the three large material storage sheds built by the Energy and Environmental Protection Technology Branch of CCCC Xizhu for the Jinzhou section of the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Expressway have been successfully completed and officially handed over to the owner. As a core supporting project of the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Expressway project, its completion and commissioning provide a stable material reserve guarantee for construction along the entire line and play an important supporting role in advancing the overall construction progress of the project.

During the preliminary planning stage of the project, the Xizhu design team conducted multiple on-site surveys and comprehensively analyzed the geological conditions, climatic characteristics, and traffic conditions of the Shenyang area, tailoring multiple sets of scientific and reasonable material shed construction plans for the owner. The plans adopt high-strength steel frame structures, effectively ensuring the structural stability of the material sheds in complex environments; at the same time, by optimizing the configuration of building materials, they provide a suitable temperature environment for material storage and effectively guarantee material quality.

During project implementation, the Xizhu construction team established a full-process quality control system. From source inspection in raw material procurement to control of on-site installation and commissioning, professional quality inspection personnel are assigned to carry out full-process tracking and monitoring, ensuring that project quality strictly complies with design specifications and industry standards. A "three-in-one" safety management mechanism was also established: regularly conducting safety training and emergency drills to enhance personnel safety awareness, equipping workers with standardized protective gear, and implementing dynamic risk control, ultimately achieving the safety goal of zero accidents during construction.
