At 10:58 on October 23, Unit 4 of the Guoneng Shenwan Chizhou Phase II Project undertaken by Hebei Engineering Company successfully completed the 168-hour full-load trial operation and officially entered the commercial operation stage. During the trial operation, the unit operated stably and in good condition, with main and auxiliary equipment working normally; the commissioning rates of protection, automatic control, and instrumentation all reached 100%, and the desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal systems were put into operation simultaneously and efficiently. All performance indicators of the unit were excellent, among which vacuum tightness was better than the design value, and key parameters such as vibration data and hydrogen leakage all met excellent standards. Flue gas emission concentrations were all below the national ultra-low emission limits, achieving green, low-carbon, and clean operation.

This project is an important clean coal power project deployed by China Energy Investment Corporation in the East China region, and also a key energy security project of Anhui Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Since the start of construction, with the strong support of company leaders and departments at both headquarters levels, the project team has upheld the core values of "innovation, integrity, striving, and win-win", adhered to refined management and standardized construction, overcome multiple challenges such as tight equipment supply and complex construction interfaces, and advanced the project construction with high quality. All employees of the Chizhou Phase II Project Department worked together and tackled difficulties, successively achieving the one-time success of multiple key milestones, including station service power supply, boiler hydrostatic test, turbine cylinder closing, ignition and steam blowing, and grid-connected power generation, laying a solid foundation for the overall startup of the unit.

After the unit is officially put into operation, it will further enhance the power supply guarantee capacity in the southern Anhui region, strengthen the peak-shaving flexibility of the power grid, help optimize and upgrade the regional energy structure, and provide reliable power support for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the green and low-carbon transition.
