Recently, PowerChina Construction Company successfully won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of the Suzhou Tengyue Precision High-end Manufacturing Consolidated Distribution Service Center.

The project is located in Wuzhong District, Suzhou, with a total site area of 79,000 square meters and a total gross floor area of approximately 117,000 square meters. The main construction content includes three three-story logistics warehouses, along with supporting two-story unloading platforms, ramps, and equipment rooms, with a maximum building height of 39.96 meters.

The project closely aligns with the urgent demand of Suzhou and the Yangtze River Delta region's high-end manufacturing industry for efficient supply chains and specialized services, and is committed to building a modern warehousing and logistics service center that integrates centralized procurement and distribution, supply chain management, warehousing and logistics, and value-added services. Once completed, it will significantly enhance the region's industrial supporting capacity and provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta.
