Since August this year, the "Service Ten Thousand Miles Journey" campaign, themed "Quality Sunward, Attentive Service," has continued to be carried out with great enthusiasm. During the Hunan leg of the journey, the Sunward service team conducted in-depth visits to key customers such as Hunan Junnui Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. and Hunan Zhongyi Huilong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., conducting on-site surveys of equipment usage, listening to customer feedback, and engaging in in-depth exchanges on the development trends and technical requirements of the power tower pile market, with the aim of precisely aligning with customer needs and jointly exploring new development paths for the industry.

Currently, the construction machinery industry faces the dual challenges of a sluggish market and intensifying competition. As an important part of infrastructure, power tower pile construction, although it has certain market demand, still needs to cope with multiple pressures such as complex construction environments, tight schedules, and strict cost control. Especially against the backdrop of increasingly scarce land resources, power tower pile construction sites are generally narrow, placing higher demands on the flexibility and transport convenience of the main equipment. At the same time, such construction mostly relies on single-machine operation of equipment, which also poses more severe tests for product quality stability and operational reliability.

During the visits, the service team focused on investigating the actual performance of the SWDM130, SWDM160H2, SWDM190 and other series of rotary drilling rigs in power tower pile construction, observing the equipment's performance in real scenarios such as relocation in narrow sites, drilling in different strata, and high-load continuous operation, and conducted on-site inspections and data recording of key components and systems.

Customers reported that the SWDM130 model is flexible in relocation and suitable for small- and medium-diameter pile foundation and narrow-site construction; the SWDM160 model adapts to various geological conditions and offers good construction efficiency and stability; the SWDM190 model has strong power and outstanding pile-forming capability, showing obvious advantages in complex strata and large-diameter pile construction. At the same time, customers suggested that further optimization could be made in certain detail designs and stability under high-load working conditions.
