On September 2, the main road of Yumin Avenue, part of the PPP project for the ecological environment improvement on the east bank of the Jueshui River in Zengdu District, Suizhou City, undertaken by PowerChina Railway Construction Co., Ltd., was fully opened to traffic, marking the completion of all sub-projects of the PPP project for the ecological environment improvement on the east bank of the Jueshui River in Zengdu District, Suizhou City.

The Yumin Avenue project has a total length of 4,763 meters and is built to urban arterial road standards, with a road width of 30 to 55 meters and four to six lanes in both directions. It is a key transportation artery connecting Sui County with the main urban area of Suizhou. Since the start of construction, PowerChina Railway Construction Co., Ltd. has organized construction scientifically, strictly controlled project quality and safety production, actively communicated and coordinated with local governments, and worked together to overcome obstacles.
