On the morning of September 3, a grand gathering was held in Beijing to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. Tan Xingfeng, a welding robot operation engineer at Zoomlion's Concrete Machinery Branch, was honorably invited to attend the ceremony at Tiananmen Square as a representative of outstanding migrant workers from across the country. This is not only his personal glory but also an honor for all Zoomlion employees, inspiring strong spiritual motivation among all Zoomlion staff to love the Party and the country, unite and strive forward, and dedicate themselves to their work.

As the gathering began, Tan Xingfeng watched the neat and heroic, resounding steps of the parade troops, the mighty and magnificent steel formations, the enterprising and high-spirited posture, and the grand and majestic momentum, and he felt deeply shaken. What made him even more proud was seeing 13 pieces of high-end equipment from Zoomlion at the scene, helping CCTV broadcast the grand scene and the majesty of a great power live to the whole world.

"I am not only shaken and proud of the strength of the motherland, but also proud to be a member of Zoomlion! At the same time, I more truly feel the responsibility and mission of being an industrial worker in the new era!" Tan Xingfeng joined Zoomlion in 2008 and has always upheld the belief of "love whatever job you do, devote yourself to it, study it deeply, and master it," carrying forward the "craftsmanship spirit" in every task. He grew from an ordinary welder into a master of skills and became an advanced representative of workers in the new era.

In recent years, Zoomlion has accelerated its digital, intelligent, and green transformation and upgrading. Through programs such as the "Smart Leadership Camp" technical backbone empowerment training project and the "Intelligent Manufacturing Field Engineer" talent project, it has vigorously cultivated "three-oriented" talent, and a large number of production line workers have grown into intelligent production line engineers. Tan Xingfeng is a typical example. Under the company's cultivation, he worked hard to transform into intelligent welding and has now become a welding robot operation engineer.

After the gathering, Tan Xingfeng stated firmly: "In the future, I will continue to carry forward and promote the 'parade spirit' and 'craftsmanship spirit' in my work, study new technologies and new processes assiduously, keep overcoming difficulties and striving for perfection, and make concrete contributions to China's intelligent manufacturing."
