On November 21, the reporter saw at Biyang Avenue in Bijie City that the construction site of the Danan Flood Discharge Channel Renovation Project (Phase I) of the Bijie Old Urban Area Waterlogging Prevention and Control Improvement Project was bustling with roaring machinery and busy workers, and the project is progressing steadily.
It is reported that the project has a total construction length of 1.4 kilometers and is divided into five sections for construction, including four sections within Nanshan Park and one section on Biyang Avenue.
After the project is completed, it will enhance the flood discharge and drainage capacity in areas such as Zhaoshang Garden City, Dalan Village Liuhe Community, and Nanshan Park, ensuring the safety and convenience of residents' lives during periods of frequent heavy rain.
