On November 15, Wu Xiaohua, Party Secretary and President of the Shandong Provincial Lunan Geological Engineering Survey Institute, and a delegation of five visited the Second Hydrogeological Team of the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources for research and exchange. Zhao Xincun, Party Secretary and Captain of the Second Hydrogeological Team, attended the symposium.
At the symposium, Zhao Xincun extended a warm welcome to Wu Xiaohua and his delegation. He briefly introduced the experience and practices of the Second Hydrogeological Team in recent years in large-diameter deep energy and resource exploration, geothermal resource exploration, development and utilization, scientific and technological innovation, and integrated development, with emphasis on the progress of key projects such as the land subsidence monitoring network construction project, the geothermal clean energy heating project in the Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the "heat extraction without water extraction" medium-to-deep geothermal heating renovation project, as well as the achievements made in the transformation of scientific and technological innovation outcomes and long-term plans. He stated that the Lunan Institute is at the forefront of the entire bureau in serving local governments, natural resources and environmental surveys, geothermal clean energy exploration, subsidence land treatment, and engineering survey and construction, and has many highlights and experience worth learning from.
Wu Xiaohua introduced the achievements and performance of the Lunan Institute in recent years in hydrogeological, engineering and environmental surveys, geothermal exploration and development, and geological prospecting. He also expressed full appreciation for the outstanding achievements of the Second Hydrogeological Team in large-diameter deep energy and resource exploration, geothermal resource exploration, development and utilization, and serving major national strategies. Both sides stated that they will further strengthen communication and exchange, learn from each other, deepen practical cooperation, and jointly provide higher-quality geological services for the economic and social development of the province.
Wu Xiaohua and his delegation also visited on site the geothermal energy station of the Dezhou Caijin Smart Agriculture Energy Renovation Project, the "Geothermal + Multi-energy Complementarity" science popularization and education base, and the "heat extraction without water extraction" medium-to-deep geothermal heating renovation project.
