XCMG Mining Hydraulic Tunneling Drill Rig Heads to Southeast Asia Again

Helps the Mine Unearth Its First Batch of Gold Nuggets in Nearly Three Years

Once Again Delivering a Strong Performance with Outstanding Results

Injecting Strong Momentum into Metal Mining Operations

Transportation for this project was extremely difficult. The mountain roads carved along the slopes were rugged and narrow, and the route also required fording mountain streams. To meet the construction schedule, the equipment began drilling in the mine tunnel immediately upon arrival, achieving an advance of 3.4 m at an average of 90 s, demonstrating high construction efficiency.

The XCMG XUD125 mining hydraulic tunneling drill rig adopts an imported hydraulic rock drill, featuring an advanced rock drilling control system, fast drilling speed, and high working efficiency. It can be fitted with different attachments to perform tasks such as rock bolting and medium-deep hole drilling. The operator experience is excellent, with efficiency maximized.

The whole machine is compact in structure and highly maneuverable, suitable for operation in narrow tunnels ranging from 2.5x2.5 m to 5x5.5 m. It adopts a telescopic drill boom, with a maximum working coverage area of up to 24 m². It can also be disassembled into several modules, making underground assembly and disassembly efficient and convenient.

With the support of XCMG tunneling drill rigs, this mine has unearthed its first batch of gold nuggets in three years. With its efficient response speed and outstanding product performance, XCMG has earned strong recognition and reputation, opening up a favorable situation for follow-up orders.
