Recently, CCTV reported on the Xihoumen Road-Railway Dual-Purpose Bridge of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway. The bridge's No. 5 main pier, constructed by Zhongrui's 7-meter ultra-large-diameter drilling rig, broke the record for the largest diameter ever achieved by reverse circulation drilling rig construction (6.3 meters in diameter), setting yet another world record!

To support the smooth completion of the project's new technology and new processes for the "construction of long-span cable-stayed and suspension cooperative-system high-speed railway bridges," Zhongrui Heavy Technology, drawing on more than ten years of experience in the R&D, manufacturing, and construction of reverse circulation drilling rigs, jointly developed and manufactured with China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group the country's first ZJD7000/1200 reverse circulation drilling rig. The equipment features a number of world-first technological innovations: a unique power head structure driven by four motors, providing strong power and energy efficiency; four-motor synchronous control technology; four-cylinder synchronous control technology; a transition connection between the power head and the drill pipe; a multi-channel design for mud and air; a unique mortise-and-tenon counterweight structure; and the structure of the centralizer—all representing the advanced level of domestic and international reverse circulation drilling rig manufacturing technology. Equipped with intelligent and user-friendly designs, the equipment's operating technical parameters, project progress, and real-time on-site conditions can be synchronously transmitted back to the office or stored in the cloud.

The ZJD7000/1200 reverse circulation drilling rig not only broke the diameter record for reverse circulation drilling rig construction; with the completion of concrete pouring for the No. 5 main tower pier of the Xihoumen Bridge, it also marks a new milestone for the world's **embedded caisson deep-water foundation and the world's largest-diameter bridge engineering pile!

The Xihoumen Road-Railway Dual-Purpose Bridge of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway is a key control project for the entire Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway line. With eight major innovations and breakthroughs, many of them world records, the project is large in scale, features novel bridge structures, and is highly technology-intensive. It is a super sea-crossing project that pushes the limits, and once completed, the bridge will become a landmark project among China's high-speed railway sea-crossing bridges.
