Civil Construction of the Yiwu–Longquan Section (Lishui Section) of the Yilongqing Expressway

I. Project Overview

The main line of the Yiwu–Longquan Section (Lishui Section) of the Yilongqing Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "this Project") starts at the boundary between Jinhua and Lishui at Niutoushan, at the Niutoushan Tunnel in Lianzhu Township, Suichang County, with a starting chainage of YK105+203 (left-line chainage ZK105+251), connecting to the terminus of the Yiwu–Longquan Section (Jinhua Section) of the Yilongqing Expressway. The route passes through Lianzhu Township in Suichang County; Chishou Township, Gushi Town, Zhangxi Township, Zhaitan Township, Yecun Township, Zhuyuan Township, Dadongba Town, and Anmin Township in Songyang County; and Daotai Township, Longyuan Subdistrict, and Xijie Subdistrict in Longquan City, ending near Shangyu Village in Lanju Township, Longquan City, on the G25 Lilongqing Expressway, approximately 1.9 km west of the Longquan South Interchange. The terminus features the Shangyu Hub connecting to the G25 Lilongqing Expressway, with an ending chainage of K198+208. The main line has a total length of approximately 93.051 km (including the approximately 5.90 km shared section with the Longli Expressway from K126+758.337 to K132+660.841 on the main line), of which the Suichang section is approximately 8.088 km, the Songyang section is approximately 43.835 km (including the 5.90 km shared section), and the Longquan section is approximately 41.128 km. The section crossing over the existing Qu'ning Railway (left bridge ZK147+785.9–ZK148+604.1, right bridge YK147+795.9–YK148+694.1) is approximately 858.2 m long, and the section passing under the under-construction Quli Railway (left bridge ZK133+936.3–ZK133+997.1, right U-groove YK133+935.1–YK133+995.9) is approximately 60.8 m long. These two sections (hereinafter referred to as the "railway agency-construction sections") are implemented by the railway authority on an agency basis.

The main line of this Project includes a total of approximately 15,470.44 m / 58 bridges (including interchange main-line bridges, excluding railway agency-construction bridges), of which 3,534.86 m / 2 are extra-large bridges, 10,719.48 m / 29 are large bridges, and 1,216.1 m / 28 are medium and small bridges; approximately 52,826.5 m / 14.5 tunnels (average length of left and right tubes, the same below), of which approximately 43,101.5 m / 7.5 are extra-long tunnels (including the 0.5 Niutoushan Tunnel jointly built with the Jinhua Section), approximately 8,210.5 m / 4 are long tunnels, approximately 824 m / 1 is a medium tunnel, and approximately 690.5 m / 2 are short tunnels; 9 interchanges, of which 3 are hub interchanges (Zhaitan Hub, Yecun Hub, and Shangyu Hub) and 6 are general interchanges (Lianzhu Interchange, Songyang West Interchange, Dadongba Interchange, Daotai Interchange, Longquan North Interchange, and Hongshan Interchange); 2 service areas (1 newly built Longquan Service Area and 1 reconstructed Songyang Service Area); 7 toll stations (Lianzhu, Songyang West, Zhaitan, Dadongba, Daotai, Longquan North, and Hongshan); 1 management sub-center; 1 maintenance work area; 5 tunnel management stations; and necessary supporting management buildings and facilities. A 6.4 km-long connecting line to the Lianzhu Interchange in Suichang will also be built, with approximately 595.96 m / 10 medium and small bridges; approximately 2,987 m / 3 tunnels, of which approximately 2,140 m / 1 is a long tunnel (Dalingtou Tunnel), approximately 625 m / 1 is a medium tunnel (Yeyou Tunnel), and approximately 222 m / 1 is a short tunnel (Longyantou Tunnel), etc.

The total project investment is approximately RMB 21,641.27 million, and the construction and installation cost is approximately RMB 14,537.18 million.
