It is the east-west central traffic axis of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The project starts at the He'ao Interchange in Longgang District, Shenzhen, connecting with the reconstruction and expansion project of the Shenzhen section of the Huiyan Expressway, and runs from east to west along the existing Jihe Expressway, ending at the connection with the side link of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link. The route length is approximately 41.4 km, passing through Shenzhen (Longgang District, Longhua District, Bao'an District) and Dongguan City.

Announcement of Bidding for EPC General Contracting of the 100MW Manlai Laozhai and 150MW Manhong Tea-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Projects in Menghai County

IV. Project overview:

Construction location: the Manlai Laozhai project is located in Man'en Village, Menghai County, and the Manhong project is located in Manhelong Village, Menghai County.

Project scale: This project consists of two individual projects. The Menghai County Manlai Laozhai 100MW Tea-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Manlai Laozhai Project") and the Menghai County Manhong 150MW Tea-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Manhong Project"). The specific overview of each individual project is as follows:

(1) The rated capacity of the Manlai Laozhai Project is 100MW, and the installed capacity is 1,259,825 MWp. According to the construction scale and site location of this photovoltaic power generation project, as well as the current status and planning of the power grid, it is proposed to build a new 220kV booster station as part of the photovoltaic power station project, with the main transformer capacity selected as 150MVA, and to transmit power to the 220kV Daixiang Substation (tentative) via a 220kV line. The system connection scheme shall ultimately be subject to the approval opinion of the power grid company.

(2) The rated capacity of the Manhong Project is 150MW, and the installed capacity is 1,887,725 MWp. It will be connected to the 220kV Daixiang Substation (tentative) via one 220kV overhead line. The system connection scheme shall ultimately be subject to the approval opinion of the power grid company.

V. Lot division: This project has only one lot, i.e., the two individual projects are awarded as one bid package.

VI. Planned construction period: The planned construction period of the Manlai Laozhai Project is 6 months, and that of the Manhong Project is 8 months. The specific commencement date of each individual project shall be subject to the commencement notice of the supervisor. The time for preparation and approval of special topic reports is not included in the total construction period.
