Recently, the foundation pit support and pile foundation project of the Yibin High-tech Zone Electronic Information R&D and Testing Base (Neighborhood Center), undertaken by the Chengkan Institute, officially commenced construction.

The project is located in Gaochang Town, Yibin High-tech Zone, in the central area of the High-tech Industrial Park and adjacent to the Yibin-Pingshan Expressway. The project covers a total area of approximately 10 mu, with a foundation pit perimeter of about 940 meters. Our institute is responsible for the construction of the foundation pit support and pile foundation works. The foundation pit safety level is Grade III. Based on the surrounding environmental conditions, the support methods of mesh shotcrete and plain shotcrete are proposed, with approximately 170 bored cast-in-place engineering piles to be installed.
