Recently, the 2023 Provincial Experience Exchange Meeting on the Integration of Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Services was held in Changsha. Sunward Intelligent Equipment was honored and awarded a plaque as one of the first batch of outstanding pilot units for the integration of the two industries in Hunan Province, which means that the achievements Sunward has made in informatization, digitalization, intelligentization, and management service innovation have been fully affirmed and recognized.

Hunan has incorporated the integration of the two industries into the provincial "14th Five-Year Plan" outline and the service industry development plan, and implemented a demonstration project for integrated innovation. Over the past three years, the province has organized three batches of provincial pilot programs for the integration of the two industries, with pilot models covering the ten major categories defined by the state.

As one of the first batch of outstanding pilot units for the integration of the two industries in Hunan Province, Sunward adheres to the concept of pioneering innovation, continues to take information technology as the strategic direction of enterprise development, and constantly explores introducing informatization, digitalization, and intelligent technologies into all business links of the enterprise. Under the guidance of the "six transformations" construction proposed for enterprise digital transformation, it has built the "Sunward Xiangyun" industrial internet platform, achieving comprehensive coverage of management, R&D, manufacturing, products, construction, services, and other links, and playing an important role in product full-life-cycle management and user value chain management. In particular, it has integrated service elements into production, sales, and other links, achieving good results in helping enterprises improve service quality and reduce costs and increase efficiency.

As Sunward continues its in-depth exploration of the integration of the two industries, it has gradually integrated the innovative concept of service models into all links of enterprise operation and management, with remarkable results. It has successively been approved for awards and honors such as the 2020 MIIT Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration Project, the 2021 MIIT Industrial Internet Platform Innovation Pilot Application Case, the 2021 MIIT Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory, the 2021 Hunan Province "5G+Industrial Internet" Demonstration Factory, and the 2022 MIIT National Industrial APP and Information Consumption Competition Achievement Transformation Award.
