For this diaphragm wall project at the entrances and exits of Pinghe Road Station, the client unit set a planned start date of October 15 with a construction period of 20 days. On October 4, after receiving the site entry notice, the General Contracting Department of Shanghai Yuanfang immediately formulated a reasonable resource allocation plan to ensure that personnel, machinery, materials, and other resources were put in place in a timely manner. From October 8 to 14, under the company's overall coordination, the large equipment and machinery, construction materials, and human resources required for construction were fully equipped, and all preparatory work including guide wall construction and slurry preparation was completed, seizing golden time for the overall construction. At 9:18 on October 15, the moment the start whistle blew, the project team immediately entered an efficient construction state. All team members were highly motivated and full of drive, and completed all construction tasks in one continuous effort. On October 23, Shanghai Yuanfang delivered a premium project to the client unit in just 9 days, 11 days ahead of schedule.
