The 16th China (Beijing) International Exhibition and Technical Exchange of Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines and Mining Machines (BICES 2023) will be grandly held at the New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing from September 20 to 23, 2023. In order to expand the international influence of the exhibition, enrich the content of exhibition activities, highlight the leading role and value of BICES in the industry, and continue to respond to China's "Belt and Road" construction initiative, our association will join hands with the Beijing China-Africa Friendship Economic and Trade Development Foundation to continue to hold the 3rd "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Forum on Construction Machinery during BICES 2023.

This forum is another internationally professional activity initiated by the construction machinery industry against the background that since the Chinese government successfully held the 2nd "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Forum in Beijing in April 2019, the "Belt and Road" project construction has gained extensive international influence, and under the background of China and countries along the "Belt and Road" jointly fighting the epidemic and deepening exchanges. It aims to take advantage of the good opportunity of BICES exhibition where domestic and foreign well-known brands gather together, follow the principle of "extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits", closely focus on the common goals of policy coordination, facilities connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration and people-to-people bonds, and take unimpeded trade as the main line, continuously and vigorously promote the trade and cooperation exchanges between China and countries along the "Belt and Road" in the construction machinery industry closely related to the infrastructure construction field, so that enterprises in our industry can make full use of the national policy measures encouraging international production capacity cooperation, and combine their own advantages to go deep and solid in the construction of countries along the "Belt and Road", opening up a new situation for international economic cooperation and development in the new era.

During the forum, commercial representatives of embassies of countries along the "Belt and Road" in China will be invited to attend and introduce information on their countries' relevant infrastructure construction and large-scale project planning as well as demand for construction machinery and equipment; relevant industry experts will also be invited to interpret the expansion practices in the construction machinery market of countries along the "Belt and Road", so that enterprises in our industry can comprehensively understand and grasp the trade situation and development potential of Chinese construction machinery in countries along the "Belt and Road".

To this end, we sincerely invite representatives of exhibiting enterprises to discuss with domestic and foreign guests the opportunities and challenges of China's construction machinery industry in countries along the "Belt and Road" during the conference, and fill in the participation reply form according to Appendix II.

1. This conference is free of charge.

2. This forum mainly focuses on the market situation of countries along the "Belt and Road". It is recommended that relevant responsible leaders of enterprises and persons in charge of foreign trade departments be given priority to participate.

3. Due to limited venue capacity, if the number of applicants is large, we will arrange participation in the order of registration. Please be informed.
