On August 25, Li Yongjun, Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hunan Province, visited Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. to investigate the postdoctoral innovation and entrepreneurship work. He was accompanied by Hou Zifang, Director of the Professional and Technical Personnel Division, and Xu Zhao, Director of the Provincial Expert Service Center. Zhang Daqing, as a postdoctoral representative, briefly reported on his innovation achievements during two postdoctoral stations and his entrepreneurial achievements after completing the programs, and expressed gratitude to the company for providing a favorable environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. Postdoctoral researcher Pan Zhongjian focused on reporting his innovation achievement during his postdoctoral period, the "aviation heavy-fuel piston engine," as well as his personal reflections on participating in the first Hunan Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

Director Li Yongjun fully affirmed Sunward's existing achievements, especially the results in talent team development, and emphasized that young scientific and technological talents such as postdoctoral researchers are an important component of the talent team. After the symposium, Director Li and his delegation visited the test center and the special equipment workshop, where they inspected in person the postdoctoral innovation achievement of Pan Zhongjian, the "aviation heavy-fuel piston engine," as well as the innovation and entrepreneurship achievements of postdoctoral researcher Zhang Daqing. Regarding the company's practice of translating innovation into concrete results and enabling postdoctoral achievements to truly achieve industrialization, Director Li and his delegation expressed strong affirmation and said it is worth promoting, and gave a thumbs-up to the company for always aligning with national needs, devoting itself to technical research, and creating a favorable environment for talent development.

The Sunward Postdoctoral Research Workstation is a postdoctoral research workstation recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee. Since its approval in 2008, it has jointly trained postdoctoral talents with many universities including Tsinghua University, Central South University, National University of Defense Technology, Hunan University, Chang'an University, and Hunan Agricultural University.
