Project Introduction

The project is located at Changsha Huanghua Airport, a hub international airport in central China, the largest and most fully equipped air harbor in Hunan, and the main gateway for Hunan Province's opening to the outside world. Under the national strategies of the "Belt and Road," the "Yangtze River Economic Belt," and the "Rise of Central China," China Construction Eleventh Engineering Bureau, as the project contractor, actively responded to the national call, seized development opportunities, and deeply participated in the reconstruction and expansion of Changsha Huanghua Airport, helping to build a new pattern of Hunan's opening to the outside world.

Product Introduction

As a small model in the G series, the ZR180G features "high stability, high efficiency and fuel saving." It can drill both soil and rock, and enjoys the reputation of "little rock-drilling cannon." Equipped with the new-generation China IV Cummins engine and adopting extreme power matching technology, it delivers greater and more stable output power; the fifth-generation ROADS all-road intelligent platform, matched with large-flow pumps and valves (220 class), and a power head combining high torque and high rotation speed, can drill strongly weathered formations and easily spin off soil, achieving higher construction efficiency; the pressure cylinder features rapid pressurization/extraction, offering higher efficiency during idle cylinder travel; the product structure design has been optimized, with the luffing mechanism supported by dual cylinders for greater stability when drilling into rock; the heavy-duty crawler structure design, with lengthened and widened tracks, makes relocation during construction more convenient.

The customer was very satisfied with the equipment's excellent performance, and the stable and efficient performance of the ZR180G won unanimous recognition from the project department: "The lifting of the mast and the rotation speed are very fast; it uses 406 drill pipes with high torque and can drill small-pile rock; the equipment has high construction efficiency, is very stable, convenient to transport and fuel-efficient!"
