I. Project Overview

Project Overview:The route passes through Qiubei County and Yanshan County in Wenshan Prefecture, involving Jinping Town and Tianxing Township in Qiubei County and Weimo Township in Yanshan County. Starting point: the route starts at Bazicun Village, Shuanglongying Town, Qiubei County, with a long-term extension toward Luoping. End point: the route ends north of Yanshan, connecting to the end point of the Mengwen–Yanshan Expressway at K127+906. The project route has a total length of 63.78 km and is built as a two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 100 km/h and a subgrade width of 26 m. There are 44 bridges with a total length of 16,870 m. There are 16 tunnels with a total length of 15,200 m, including 1 extra-long tunnel of 3,945 m; the total length of bridges and tunnels is 32,070 m, accounting for 50.20% of the total route length. There are 6 interchanges (including 2 hub-type interchanges). The project includes five interchange connector lines, namely the Shuanglongying interchange connector, Qiubei interchange connector, Tianxing interchange connector, Weimo interchange connector, and Hongsheke interchange connector. Among them: the Shuanglongying interchange connector is 8.627 km, built to Class II highway standard with a subgrade width of 12.0 m; the Qiubei interchange connector is 1.5 km, built to Class I highway standard with a subgrade width of 20.0 m; the Tianxing interchange connector is 7.916 km, of which 4.216 km connects to the Putan Class I Highway to Class I highway standard with a subgrade width of 20.0 m, and 3.7 km connects to Tianxing Township to Class II highway standard with a subgrade width of 10 m; the Weimo interchange connector is 3.897 km, built to Class II highway standard with a subgrade width of 10.0 m; the Hongsheke interchange connector is 1.572 km, built to Class I highway standard with a subgrade width of 20.0 m.

Section Division:The project is divided into three sections in total: TJ1, TJ2, and TJ3.

TJ1: corresponding to mileage range K0+000–K20+800, length 20.8 km;

TJ2: corresponding to mileage range K20+800–K37+042.54, length 16.24 km;

TJ3: corresponding to mileage range K37+042.54–K63+780.185, length 26.74 km.

Second Civil Engineering Construction of the Luliang–Xundian Expressway Project

I. Project Overview

Project Overview:The Luxun Expressway is a county-level "interconnection" densification project under Yunnan Province's 14th Five-Year Plan and has been included in Yunnan Province's 2020 "Four Hundred" key construction project plan. The project connects the G78 Shankun Expressway, Sanqing Expressway, G56 Hangrui Expressway, and Xunzhan Expressway, effectively alleviating traffic pressure in the core cities of central Yunnan and forming a new north-south expressway corridor in eastern Yunnan, which can better improve the local investment environment and drive regional economic development. The project starts at Taipingshao Village southwest of Luliang County seat, where a hub interchange connects to the G78 Shankun Expressway, passes through Xiaobaihu Town, Nazhang Town, Dazhuang Township, Maming Township, Jiuxian Subdistrict, and Maguohe Town, and ends at Dabatang, Qixing Town, Xundian County, connecting to the Zhanyi–Xundian Expressway. The route has a total length of 79.350 km (construction drawing review draft), of which 71.768 km is within Qujing and 7.582 km within Kunming. It is built as a two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 100 km/h and a subgrade width of 26 m. The entire line has 62 bridges totaling 25,321 m and 4 tunnels totaling 3,652 m; the total length of bridges and tunnels is 38,883 m, with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 36.4%. There are 8 interchanges (4 hub interchanges and 4 ground-level interchanges), 1 service area, 1 parking area, 1 management sub-center, 4 toll stations, and 2 connector line works (Xiaobaihu and Qixing interchange connectors) totaling 5.762 km.

Section Division:The project is divided into three sections in total: LXTJ-01, LXTJ-02, and LXTJ-03.

LXTJ-01:Starting and ending mileage K0+000–K29+850, route length 29.85 km, including 17.155 km of subgrade, 5.9133 million m³ of excavation (2.6646 million m³ of earthwork and 3.2487 million m³ of rockwork), 2.5128 million m³ of fill (160,400 m³ of earthwork, 1.1448 million m³ of rockwork, and 1.2076 million m³ of earth-rock mixed fill), 9,572.43 m/21 bridges (including interchanges and service areas), 2 interchanges, 8 overpass passages, and 1 parking area, with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 32.07%.

LXTJ-02:Starting and ending mileage K29+850–K62+301.7, route length 32.45 km, including 16.782 km of subgrade, 11.6558 million m³ of excavation (4.0396 million m³ of earthwork and 7.6164 million m³ of rockwork), 3.8160 million m³ of fill (590,900 m³ of earthwork, 2.2559 million m³ of rockwork, and 969,200 m³ of earth-rock mixed fill), 10,570.23 m/23 bridges (including interchanges and service areas), 2,179 m/2 tunnels, 3 interchanges, 9 overpass passages, and 1 service area, with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 39.26%. (Note: There are 2 railway-related works on the entire line, namely the Xin Fangzi Grand Bridge crossing over the Shanghai–Kunming Railway Chijiawan Bridge and the Shanlingpo Interchange Main Line No. 1 Bridge passing under the Shanghai–Kunming High-Speed Railway Shanlingpo No. 2 Bridge, both within the scope of the TJ2 section. The above 2 railway-related works are not within the scope of this tender.)

LXTJ-03:Starting and ending mileage K62+301.7–K79+230, route length 16.93 km, including 6.68 km of subgrade, 7.0467 million m³ of excavation (1.9117 million m³ of earthwork and 5.1350 million m³ of rockwork), 2.1243 million m³ of fill (435,500 m³ of earthwork, 1.4356 million m³ of rockwork, and 253,200 m³ of earth-rock mixed fill), 5,178.48 m/18 bridges (including interchanges and service areas), 1,383 m/2 tunnels, 3 interchanges, 9 overpass passages, and 1 maintenance work area, with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 38.76%.

Planned Construction Period:The planned contract construction period for this project is 3 years.
