On May 19, the pile foundation sub-division project of the Huiyue City project, constructed by the First Direct Management Department, successfully passed acceptance.

Under the supervision of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the acceptance team conducted a comprehensive inspection and acceptance of the pile foundation works of the Huiyue City project. The acceptance team unanimously determined that the pile foundation works were constructed in strict accordance with the construction drawings and engineering construction standards, that the project quality meets design and specification requirements, and that the project documentation is complete and meets acceptance specification requirements. Acceptance was approved.

The Huiyue City project is located on Hongqiao Road, Qingyun Subdistrict, Panlong District, Kunming City. The project has a planned total land area of 15,043.82 square meters (22.57 mu). The proposed buildings are two office towers of 28 and 30 stories, with a 2- to 3-story commercial podium and a proposed four-story basement. The foundation design grade of this project is Grade A; the foundation type is pile foundation, and the pile type is rotary bored cast-in-place pile.
