On July 5, 2023, Xie Yulai, Secretary-General of the Aftermarket Production and Sales Branch of the China Construction Machinery Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), dispatched by the Association's leadership, visited the Shanxi Construction Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Shanxi Association) to discuss visitor organization and concurrent activities for BICES 2023 Beijing Construction Machinery Exhibition as well as aftermarket industry work, and was warmly welcomed by Gao Peishuai, Secretary-General of the Shanxi Association.

During the visit and discussion, Xie Yulai expressed gratitude for the Shanxi Association's warm reception, introduced the Association and the Aftermarket Production and Sales Branch as well as the current industry development situation, and expressed the hope to strengthen ties between the two sides and establish a long-term exchange mechanism to serve member units well under the current new industry situation and work together for the high-quality development of the industry. Xie Yulai also introduced the preparations for BICES 2023 Beijing Construction Machinery Exhibition, to be held in Beijing from September 20-23, covering aspects such as exhibitors and exhibition area reaching new highs, digital, intelligent and green products being showcased in a concentrated manner, nearly one hundred high-level events, coverage by more than two hundred Chinese and foreign media, organization of domestic and international professional visitors, and improvement of exhibition operations. In particular, he highlighted the user symposiums for the transportation and municipal systems in various regions recently organized by the Association for BICES 2023 and the National Construction Machinery Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association Joint Meeting organized concurrently with the exhibition, extended an invitation to Secretary-General Gao Peishuai to attend, and looked forward to discussing and envisioning the future development of the construction machinery industry together in golden September. He also welcomed the Shanxi Association to organize member units to visit and exchange during BICES 2023 in Beijing, and stated that the Association would prepare in advance and provide good on-site reception services.

Gao Peishuai extended a warm welcome to the Association's visit and introduced the Shanxi Association, stating that it was established in November 2015 and that its member units are mainly composed of organizations engaged in aftermarket business in Shanxi Province such as construction machinery agents, parts suppliers and maintenance service providers. It currently has more than 100 key member units, plays an important role in the aftermarket segment, and has strongly promoted the development of Shanxi's construction machinery industry. Gao Peishuai exchanged views with the Association on the business development of both associations and the current aftermarket situation, expressing the hope to strengthen exchange and cooperation with the Association, enrich the Association's service content, improve service levels and provide better services to member units. At the same time, he said that BICES 2023 exhibition information would be promptly communicated to member units, member enterprises would be encouraged and organized to visit BICES 2023 for in-depth exchanges with more industry enterprises on site, and he expressed gratitude for the invitation to attend the National Construction Machinery Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association Joint Meeting, stating that full preparations would be made and active participation would be taken.
