The total length of this project is about 4.2 km. A sleeve-hole punching and grabbing clay cutoff wall is adopted, with a hole spacing of 0.92 m and a wall depth of 5.5 m to 9.5 m. The specific construction process is to first use Taixin's rotary drilling rig to drill a hole with a diameter of 1.1 m and a depth of 9.5 m, then backfill it with soil and compact it with a tamper. There is one hole every meter. After a section of the dam is compacted, the area between two holes is drilled again. After sleeve-hole treatment, two more rows are drilled. For this project, Taixin mobilized 2 KR50 and 1 KR80 units through its enterprise customer network to participate in the construction.

 

　　In the new-old dam integration project for dam body reinforcement, the biggest difficulty encountered is the narrow working surface for filling operations during dam body raising and widening construction, the relatively soft soil ground with a certain slope, and the fact that some sections are operated under high-voltage power lines. However, Taixin small rotary drilling rigs handled this project with ease. The KR50 completed 14 piles in 8 hours per day, and the KR80 completed 16 piles in 8 hours per day. Up to now, the project has been proceeding normally according to plan.
 

　    With the continuous popularization of the rotary drilling method, rotary drilling rigs can be seen everywhere in various engineering projects. While developing industrial and civil construction projects, Taixin small rotary drilling rigs are also continuously entering water conservancy projects.
