9. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China plans to build six to eight nuclear power plants each year.

According to relevant regulations jointly issued by China's Ministry of Environmental Protection and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, starting April 1 this year, non-road machinery (such as loaders) will implement the National Stage III emission standards.
