On December 20, the US Department of Commerce issued a final expedited sunset review ruling on countervailing duties on new pneumatic off-the-road tires (new pneumatic off-highway tires) from China: Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. at 2.52%; Hebei Xingmao Tire Co., Ltd. at 35.13%; Tianjin International United Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd.; and the China-wide rate at 5.65%.
On August 1, 2012, the US Department of Commerce initiated a sunset review investigation of countervailing duties on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China, with a review period from November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012.
