China Machinery Engineering announced the full sale of the Comibel mining and infrastructure project in west-central Africa to the Gabonese government for US$32.529 million (approximately HK$250 million).
Comibel was established to implement the Belinga project (a mining and infrastructure project in Gabon). Due to factors beyond the company's control, Comibel has not commenced any mining activities.
