Engineering Case Study on Flexible Application of Measures to Prevent Soil Squeezing Effects in Static Pressure Pipe Pile Construction
In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, the construction industry has developed rapidly, and the requirements for foundation bearing capacity have become increasingly higher. Static pressure prestressed pipe piles have the characteristics of high single-pile bearing capacity, convenient and fast construction methods, low noise and no pollution, and adaptability to various complex geological conditions. However, due to the soil squeezing effect on the surrounding soil during construction, serious tensile cracking and shearing occur in the soil around the piles, causing displacement, rotation, and strain of the soil near the piles, thereby causing harm or damage to the engineering piles themselves and nearby underground structures such as underground pipelines. Based on the actual engineering conditions and combined with relevant data, this paper expounds the use of various preventive measures against soil squeezing effects, which effectively solve the adverse effects of pile driving soil squeezing stress on the engineering piles themselves and the surrounding environment, and can provide reference and guidance for similar pile foundation construction in China.
